We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, as we were close to everything in town. The old town center and the night market were just a short walk away, making it easy for us to explore and experience the local culture.
We highly recommend this place to others.

Good location, easy walking distance to night markets. Friendly staff.
Dark room, minimal natural light if privacy needed. Poor bed, very hard and springs coming through. Hotel grounds disappointedly unkept & tired looking. You could find better value for money elsewhere.

Thai hotel is not true to name no Spa but in this part of the worl everything has the word Spa on the end. No Spa at this horel. Nice old antique hotel with all the normal features. Getting tired in age but then everything is tired in this part of world. A friendly quiet stay with just normal comfort.
Steps mto themrooms for old people. The rooms were a bit musty.

The Hotel is extremely well-located, the staff is incredible nice and welcoming. My wife and I had a great time in Luang Prabang and this hotel helps the entire experience quite a lot, as it is just a few steps from the two main roads of the town. The Rooms are good, with perfect air-con, hot shower, spacious and with an incredible furniture.

Great location, very close to the night market, walking distance to everything. Breakfast changed daily and had a good variety. Room was of a good size. There were some issues with the water and tv on the night we arrived but they were given immediate attention which is great. Staff were also all great, recommended

Had a great time spending Christmas with my family here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making sure everything was taken care of. Loved the fact that they provided free breakfast and daily room service. Plus, their location is superb, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. , the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There were a few things that could have been improved upon. The Wi-Fi wasn't very strong and it was a struggle to stay connected.

Great location and friendly staff.
They would not accept my AmEx card and charged a 3% service fee for using my debit card. Since I booked a room with a card, I assumed that I could pay for it with a card without a fee.
